Baby Nixon

Nixon Creg Howell was born April 9, 2012. He weighed 8 lbs 5 oz. My labor went fast (five hours) and was overall a really great experience. I was a little bummed about being induced but really it doesn't matter much in the end. He's so great. I love him! Welcome Baby Nixon!!

TODAY. One week from my due date. But about a week past what I thought I'd go... This time I've been dilated for quite a while, got my membranes stripped, still no baby. Hmmm, dang. My body still doesn't know how to go on its own I guess. Ok little buddy, you have 36 hours to give in and then you're coming! Next post, baby Nixon...

My baby is 4

I can still say he's my baby for a tiny bit longer. His birthday was yesterday and we had such a fun day! We went to the toy store, went to Village Inn (he loves it), went to a movie (The Lorax) and had a birthday party with family. I'm so glad I have Max! Happy Birthday little bud.

My mom helped me make his cake. Thanks mom!

shark kite

Brandon bought Max a kite this week, since it was so nice and windy. I got a kick out of watching them. Max thought the shark was chasing him. Love it.
